WORKERS COMPENSATION
The workers' compensation department at Braff, Harris, Sukoneck & Maloof is headed by managing partner, Ira Sukoneck. The workers' compensation group handles cases throughout the State of New Jersey. Traditional legal and medical issues are handled by the department as are cardiac claims, chemical inhalation claims and traumatic injury claims. Mr. Sukoneck, with a degree in pharmacy, utilizes his expertise in an increasingly technical field to better handle and defend claims brought against the firm's clients. The workers' compensation department recognizes the issues involved in workers' compensation matters and works closely with the liability group in order to monitor and handle any related liability issues or conflicts which may arise.
