PRODUCT LIABILITY
Braff, Harris, Sukoneck & Maloof provides manufacturers, distributors and sellers with advice, counseling and defense in all areas of product liability. The firm's product liability department represents self-insureds and insured defendants in federal and state courts throughout New York and New Jersey, working closely with in-house attorneys and engineers to design and coordinate defense strategies, aggressive discovery and a resolution plan. We work with clients as a team, establishing goals in each case and striving to bring an efficient and effective result to each matter. We are active and contributing members of the Product Liability Advisory Counsel and the product liability section of the Defense Research Institute.
