GENERAL LIABILITY
The general liability and negligence unit at Braff, Harris, Sukoneck & Maloof is headed by Brian C. Harris. Litigators from our firm have defended cases throughout the State of New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area. We are contributors to the Defense Research Institute and are active in the Defense Association of the State of New Jersey.
The founders of our firm specialized in defense of general liability claims. We continue that tradition emphasizing aggressive defense litigation. Not only are we active litigators, but we also participate proactively with risk managers with a view toward eliminating and/or controlling claims exposure.
